Shipping Policy
Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Incorrect Address

Returns Policy
Products must be in new, unused condition, unwashed, include the original box/packaging, and all tags.
• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. DRKSIED Moto can arrange return shipping at a cost, which will be deducted from the refund. Costs vary by country; refer to the return request for details.
• Abuse of the policy, such as ordering multiple (more than two) of the same or similar items with the intent of returning most, is not permitted. Contact us

DRKSIED Moto does offer Exchanges in lieu of Returns.
For a different size or style, contact us at support@drksied.com for coordination.
Then place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund, using the coordinated shipping label provided by email.
